We just purchased a 2019 Ford Transit Connect from Leo and I cannot say enough good things about this experience! We were in need of a cargo vehicle for our business and after some searching we found a van listed by Auto Shine that checked most of our boxes. From the very first interaction, Leo was kind, easy to work with, and extremely accommodating. He drove the vehicle to our home for a test drive, followed up on every question, connected us with the mechanic who did work on the vehicle so we could follow up on a previous service, connected us with his warranty service rep so we could ask questions about the maintenance plan, did a few minor repairs, gave it a full detail, and took care of the title/registration/inspection. In short, Leo went completely above and beyond to ensure we were 100% satisfied with the deal and did it all with a genuine smile on his face.
